Is permanent makeup the same as tattoo?
Permanent makeup pigments differ from tattoo inks in that they are designed to fade slowly over time, but using high quality PMU pigments will make a difference. The pigment is placed into the skin at a depth of about 1/3 the depth of a traditional tattoo; therefore, the color is much softer.
How painful is Permanent Make Up?
Overall, permanent makeup and microblading is a very painless procedure if the right numbing cream is used. There might be some uncomfortable sounds involved, but you will be pleasantly surprised about how little you feel. Some clients of ours even fall asleep when getting permanent makeup done.
How long does it last?
There are no hard rules about touch-ups, as each person holds the pigment differently. However, on average, most patients need a touch-up for their permanent eyeliner and microblading every year. For lips, you may need to refresh the color every 6-12 months.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE TREATMENT?
When I talk about the initial treatment I mean the procedure, I make incisions which become the main body of the eyebrow and shape, then I put on numbing cream and do the other eyebrow, then I go back over those strokes again the 2nd time to darken them and place more pigment in and fill out with a few more strokes if needed.
